Please post a screenshot like this (in the app - charging - slide the line all the way to the right). Mine is now only around 200 (SR, not SR+)

I purchased SR for $35k, then later added AP for $3k. I asked service how much to upgrade to SR+ now, they said $2k. And if I didn't have autopilot it would cost $5k. It should be free now haha :) (I paid 38k and new SR+ now is 37,990)

There are many threads about this here. But it is not normal. Tesla want you to believe it is normal, but it's not. You should be getting at least 378km at 100%.
