Supercharger - San Jose, CA - 925 Blossom Hill Road (LIVE, 24 V3 stalls)

I recently used the Level 2 Tesla Destination chargers and it appears they have upgraded them with longer cords. There is plenty of slack now, to charge for the car parked on the left side. If I had to guess they look like they upgraded to the newer 24' long cable.

BEWARE: Taptes Model Y Floor Mats

Yes I'm happy with them! I took a risk ordering them back in May before I even had the car. However looks like I got lucky. I believe I ordered on 05/01 and they shipped on 05/13 I forgot to snap a pic of the second row mat but it also fits well.

    Model Y Build Quality Improving?

Might be worth a look. I found this YouTube'r who walks his local service center checking the panel gaps on new cars being delivered this month. Over all it seems the panel gaps seem pretty good on the newer cars. https://www.youtube.com/c/TheElectricMan/videos

    2021 MY floor mats.

I ordered the Taptes, specifically because they have a "2021 Revised Model Y 5 Seater" version for the different front seat brackets. I ordered them early incase they took awhile to get delivered, but they showed up very quickly and I still don't have my car yet 😂 I'll update back once I have...

    Road trip and supercharger stops

Totally depends on many factors like you said. V2 will share will the A/B stall and split the 150 kW between the two, so if you are by yourself you can pull the full 150 kW. V3 can potentially give you the full 250 kW but only from about 5-25% state of charge then it starts ramping down. Also...

    Road trip and supercharger stops

To answer number 2, the car prioritizes the minimum number of stops above all else. So in general it will tell you to make less stops and charge for longer periods of time. If you are after minimal travel times you should use something like A Better Routeplanner It will allow you tweak more...

    Lowering charge current at supercharger

This is correct you can't adjust the charge amperage on a supercharger. The car handles this and it's not adjustable.

    Supercharger Etiquette

Good starting guide here: Supercharger SuperGuide – TeslaTap For urban and V3 chargers there is no sharing. For V2 chargers if possible don't pair up with someone on the same number. ie. if someone is plugged into charger 1A, don't plug into 1B, go for a different number.

Supercharger - Big Sur, CA - Ventana (LIVE 24 May 2019, 8 Urban stalls)

It's totally within their right to not allow non guests to use the property. However I was annoyed that the in car nav still showed restrooms available at this location and when I arrived I was greeted by the sign saying not allowed. To their credit I did email Tesla about it and it seems they...

I'm not 100% sure these are under construction but the sign on the fence indicates this is for EV charging. Location of construction highlighted in red on google map screenshot.

TBH... this is my first rodeo, is EOQ always this crazy?

They prioritize cars built early in the quarter for outside of the US because it takes time to ship them overseas. Towards the end of the quarter they can fulfill the US orders because it doesn't take weeks/months to deliver them.

Supercharger - Big Sur, CA - Ventana (LIVE 24 May 2019, 8 Urban stalls)

Charged here during a busy holiday (MLK Day) with very warm weather (75F). Highway 1 was pretty packed with people and lots of Teslas. Charging speed was good, getting a solid 68 kW through the majority of the charging curve. The stairs leading up to the hotel have been permanently blocked...

Supercharger - San Jose (South) (permit expired, 10 Superchargers at 5630 Cottle Rd)

With the 3 San Jose locations so close, Cherry Ave (Bass Pro Shop), Blossom Hill Rd (Princeton Plaza), and McLaughin Ave (Gould center) I'm guessing this location is not going to get prioritized any time soon.
