MYP 21" Uberturbine Wheels - Looking to straight swap for 20"s or aftermarket 19"s

Like title says. Looking to do a straight swap for the stock 21" Uberturbines for very low mileage/no mileage 20" Inductions or aftermarket 19". MYP is currently scheduled for delivery 6/13 - Willing to travel to meet up - say 3-400 miles from Chicago.

    Recent MYP Delivery Estimates

It definitely does. Only issue with it is the next step they want is for you to send full payment. Did this on my S. You aren't required to, but they bug you until delivery.

    Recent MYP Delivery Estimates

No, was wondering if that would help at all. Haven't simply due to what is going on with the fed. Will most likely end up going through a CU or external bank, but I'd rather put that off as long as possible.

    MYP Estimated delivery date

100% falcon01 Originally order a MYLR in November for my wife. DD kept getting pushed, eventually all the way out to August. Decided 3/1 to switch to a MYP for the same reason, dates went from 3/19 to 5/12 now. In the same boat, have travel plans in May and entire month of August.

    Recent MYP Delivery Estimates

Ughh........ Wifes MYP pushed again. OD 11/29 of MYLR, switched to MYP on 3/1 because it kept getting pushed. MPY has gone from 3/19 to 5/12 now. So frustrating

Anyone install this Unplugged Performance rear camber arm?

I could be mistaken, but I tried orbiting them with a bolt prior to installation and was unable to.

Anyone install this Unplugged Performance rear camber arm?

Have been running them about 2 months total. Didn't fix my alignment until recently though. Dialed rear camber to 1.7 degrees from 2.3 when on Low, aiming for less, but this was a quick adjustment. Plan to get to 1.5 degrees once it warms back up. As far as the arms, my only complaint is that...

So I went drag racing with White Fang. I need help with a setting.

Point taken. Highest draw is from 0-90ish, at least on my P90DL, I'd assume it holds a bit longer on the 100, especially a Raven. My point: If it pulls power, it does so at the pack and not just above some arbitrary vehicle speed value. And when it does, it's much more gentle. It does seem more...

So I went drag racing with White Fang. I need help with a setting.

Hard to see that being the case at an actual strip where there's a lengthy wait time between runs. I ran 4 back to back runs this past weekend on a closed road after fully heating the pack and it was only getting close to protection levels on the last run.

So I went drag racing with White Fang. I need help with a setting.

I've noticed some weirdness after the latest batch of updates surrounding driver profiles. As in, you change an in car setting on a specific profile, then switch to a different one and it doesn't save on the original. I've mainly noticed this switching from Easy Entry to my driver profile. But...

Let the hacking begin... (Model S parts on the bench)

Shot in the dark here, but any chance anyone has an updated PID for the brake pedal? Seems like 0x168 no longer comes across. Will be looking into other PID's in the next few days to see if I can find it, just hoping to save some time.

    Non-Raven Performance on 2020.12.5

With my own app, see screenshots. Have to agree, the launch is far less impressive than before. I think you're right about power curve, but not that it's limited. I noticed a LOT of tire slip on L+ launch, much more than I used to get. I'm eager to try with my summer tires, but inclement...

    Non-Raven Performance on 2020.12.5

Got 2020.12.5 on my 2016.5 P90DL yesterday. Didn't think to do any tests at the time figuring the release notes would include this change. So here's the recap from testing today. Personally hate the new launch control technique, think it will make it much harder to use at the track. Was only...

YATSS - Yet Another Tesla Service Story

LMFAO, cannot make this stuff up. A friend of mine took his 2016 90D back to Westmont today for the exact same thing. Car was pulling to one side, in addition he's got some grinding/ticking under acceleration. For alignment, they told him the same story I received. Tires are aftermarket and...

YATSS - Yet Another Tesla Service Story

All right, so short of calling the service center an out right liar, they definitely did something while it was on the rack. The wheel tilt is now worse and the car pulls to the right slightly now. It takes much longer to happen, maybe a block or so, but it's a consistent, let go of the wheel...

YATSS - Yet Another Tesla Service Story

Was reading the thread below about the 12V battery. Felt I had to share a somewhat similar story. Back story, I've worked on cars, electronics, machines and software all my life. 2016 P90DL purchased Aug 2019 from Westmont (terrible delivery) Also for the point of this story, I purchased and...

Not having regen after the last software update sucks

Here's a drive from last night in the lovely snow Chicagoland received. Start SOC was 89%. Yep, each mile cost me almost 1%

Not having regen after the last software update sucks

Hey, sorry, been busy on other things. So couple of things since I posted. First, I can confirm the same thing you're seeing. From what I can tell, the pack heater is used VERY sparingly, and I don't yet have in place a way to see when it's active or not. Just going from what I can see from...

Not having regen after the last software update sucks

Google weather man begs to differ zzz. Over night low of 10C is more than enough to limit regen by 80%. As posted previously, anything below 68F will limit regen by >50%, which in actually usage feels like a lot more.

Not having regen after the last software update sucks

Right, can't charge it over 4.2 per cell regardless of what the BMS says. Which get's back to the point I was making about voltage drop. Same applies in the reverse. I've seen almost 100kw come out of the motors, but you need to factor in losses back into the battery along with any systems that...

Not having regen after the last software update sucks

David, can I ask what your Max regen value is? Interesting to note your graph shows you hitting 100 around 22C, while it's taking me till about 24.5C to hit 100kwh. Is 100 on your graph 100kwh? In response to the linked post, I'm not surprised in the slightest. Have a lot of history with...

Not having regen after the last software update sucks

I'd agree there has been a change in the algorithm. But I don't have hard numbers from previous releases unfortunately. I can confirm a gradual increase from 0C to 20C, then from 20C to 25C it takes off. You get about 50% regen back at 20C then 100% by 25C. I think the issue people are seeing is...

Not having regen after the last software update sucks

I hope this helps some understand at what temps regen is limited. Anything south of 25C you have limited regen. South of 20C you have severely limited regen. South of 10C well, you'll see. Focus on the Max regen and Cell Temp values. Numbers taken from P90DL on 2019.40.2.1.

Are Cpo (used) Advisors Still A Thing?

Igless, did you happen to get contacts to reach out to?

Are Cpo (used) Advisors Still A Thing?

I'll second the ask for some advisors to reach out to that are willing to aid the search. I did exactly as described and went out to my local dealership. Guy told me just to search the site, that there was no such thing as off menu cars.

    CPO facelifted volume

:D I here that. I started my initial search way back when it was a true CPO program. Wasn't ready to pull the trigger at that time and was really let down when it went away. Now that it is no longer, something like this Model S / 2016 / Red - 28d9f | Only Used Tesla is exactly what I'm looking...

    CPO facelifted volume

Completely agree, but in this case the use of the term CPO is simply to designate used from Tesla. As my OP was regarding thoughts on Tesla inventory vs 3rd party. Maybe we should use TIPO instead? Tesla Inspected Pre-Owned

    CPO facelifted volume

Can't tell you how many times I've just started looking at inventory 100D's just because they are in stock. They have all the options I'm looking for, plus can find in the color I'm after.

    CPO facelifted volume

Did exactly that a few weeks ago. My main issue is the majority of all cpo’s are lacking the sub zero package. As of last night. There are 8 total P models, 4 of them 90’s, only one 90 had the sub zero, and it’s the wrong color ☹️ Only thing I can see regarding withholding stock is it helps...

    CPO facelifted volume

Curious if anyone has insight as to CPO stock volume and it's normal cycle. I've been passively watching for a number of months now in anticipation of a P90D purchase. However, ever since the new year, the volume of facelifted P90D's has been very low. I know the exact configuration I am looking...
