I have the same issue. Talked to Tesla today and they haven’t heard anything. The couldn’t see anything in the logs.

I'm on advanced and a few of my friends has got the 2019.16.3 a few days ago and I haven't, makes me think that the "advanced" option is just for show and doesn't do anything at all. we have the same configurations, AP, region and so on.

are we sure about that? the service key is not rotating and you can probably guess what it is... however it'll only work whenever your car is flagged for service and when near a service center.

with the UMC, destination chargers or superchargers? my UMC won't open my charge door since v9, but apparently it's a fault in the handle rather than the car. does your keyfob work?

I had the exact same issue, started with 8.3. I re-formatted my usb-device and it works great again.
