I think we can infer that Smart Park is a sub-feature of Full Self Driving - restricted to a few hundred meters with a reduced set of issues it has to deal with, albeit the most difficult ones. Basically it's FSD in the parking lot without a driver.

Thx for the nice reply. I am able to get the bumper on and aligned what appears proper - but then the black pan on the bottom doesn't align with the holes and I can't complete the install. It's very strange, why would the top align but then not the bottom. And we're talking off by a 1/2 inch...
