I’ve tried a PS3 controller, and it doesn’t seem to be supported. The car didn’t recognize that a controller was plugged in. I’ve seen others report that PS4 controllers work perfectly.

Wow, you might be the first person I've seen in this forum who has gotten the refund so far. Do you have the downgraded software right now? If so, can you confirm the heated front seats are still available? Tesla has been giving conflicting information about this.

Just want to point out that this is completely incorrect. Lane Departure Avoidance and Emergency Lane Departure Avoidance are part of this update regardless of whether you have Autopilot or not. I don't have Autopilot, and I now have both of these features after updating to 2019.16.3.
