So I just called a local sales advisor, who told me that the $2,000 discount for pre-refresh reservation is no longer available. So, I will be just canceling my reservation to get my deposit back.

I can call an adviser to find out. I will also ask the exact price for the car and how one can go about with the purchase for a different person for the registration.

No. I asked about it, as some here were reporting that the tuner was included at no extra charge. It was $500 extra. I did not get it, as I don’t really listen to the radio. I definitely appreciate everyone’s input on this forum, as we go through the similar experiences of Tesla ownership.

This is correct. Just upgraded to MCU2 this week on my 2017 model s with FSD and AP3 hardware (updated earlier to AP3 from AP2.5 for free since I had FSD). MCU2 upgrade cost was $1,500 plus tax, not $2,000.

Agree with others. As long as common sense is used, no big issues. Once the doors are fully open, it is very easy to get in and out.

I find ride quality in my 2019 pre-raven X 100D to be much better than model 3 (owned for 2 years) or Y (test driven). In fact, it was big enough of a difference that I sold my 3 and got a pre-raven S instead. Much happier with the X/S combo now. I realize it may be subjective. Just my 2 cents...

It happens for me on and off. Sometimes for days. Wondering if anyone got satisfactory answers after a SC visit. I have FSD with AP HW3. Currently on 2020.48.12.1. I made an appointment for 2/9. If no one has a good answer, I can report back after the SC visit.

I would like to wait for the recall process to work itself out, but I am also wondering how long before the vertical display is completely phased...

Agree with above. Sold my model 3 in 1 day after posting on Craigslist. Just make sure money transaction is done directly at the buyer’s bank. I had 0 response from this forum.

Same experience here. Maybe we are the lucky few, but I have experienced no issues thus far. 2017 model S 75 RWD September build with FSD. AP hardware 2.5 upgraded to 3.0 with MCU1.

I realize this is a personal preference. For me, I prefer my 2017 model S75 RWD uncorked with air suspension over 2018 model 3 LR RWD. Much smoother and quieter ride. Shorter range does not bother me since I drive only locally. I don’t know how 2020 model 3 compares to 2018 model 3.

My new inventory 2019 model x with “50 miles” for the odometer reading (standard for all new inventory cars) was flawless and has been great. I did inspect it carefully at the time of the pickup, though. Good luck!

You can put clear tint for the whole front windshield to block the heat.

Thanks for your post. I now own a black 100D X with white interior. I also had the same tinting done at Extreme Autowerks, and it has been great in sunny SoCal. It was also good to learn from other posts that 6 seaters have a second AC for the back of the car.

Cancelled the new order. Just took delivery of an inventory 100 D X with 3 miles on the odometer. Car is flawless. Built in April of 2019. Very happy with the deal (-$9,500).
