FYI, Carfax is not a reliable way to check the history of a car. It’s voluntary for insurance companies to submit to. I would estimate 50-75% of accidents are on those reports.

Nobody should rely on Carfax for verification. Participation by insurance companies is voluntary, so it is very far from reliable. Dealers tout it but it’s basically meaningless.

Do you really want a car with 20k in repairs? The resale value takes an enormous hit. Also, don’t be surprised if there’s a lot of extra rattles if nothing worse when you get it back. Push for a total!!

Have you considered a LR RWD for only a little more..mine has a 325 mile range. Then you get the premium audio, connectivity etc. I paid 48K. But that includes $1500 for the upgraded wheels and $1500 for the pearl white color.
