I'm really confused by the placement of the sideways supercharger on the far end. Normally that would be a pull-in spot and the supercharger would be positioned at the front of the parking space, not in the back and in-line with the others.

I saw this blue tube in earlier photos above and on Sunday this week I saw it buried behind the supercharger pads with black tubes coming off of it. Could this be for liquid cooling for V3?? Or is it just temporary to drain water out as they back-fill the trench? Pic attached.
