SR/SR+ (Model 3 RWD) Waiting Room

Sheesh... yah that is a bummer! Don't get me wrong, I read the disclaimer too, but extending it 4-6 weeks past the original date seems excessive. I'd understand if you were changing interior colors, or exterior paint or something substantial causing different parts to be purchased, etc. but...

    SR Not Plus Waiting Room

Does anyone know if it's possible or how easy it is to downgrade from the SR+ to the SR AFTER delivery? I ordered 5/27, but am concerned if I change it now delivery date will be risked and I'll not get it before 6/30...

SR/SR+ (Model 3 RWD) Waiting Room

Are you serious?! Why would that be the case? Did you get an explanation? It's literally the same car but with different software limitations that can be upgraded over the air...am I wrong? And doesn't a 6-8 wk delivery time push this to beyond the 6/30 date you need to have the car in order...

Anyone that did financing through a credit union.... please advise, what option did you choose when completing the tesla form that asks how you will pay? Did you choose the "cash" option because your credit union (in my case highly likely to be LA Financial CU) will be going to give you a check...

    SR Model 3 Discontinued?

Can you clarify what "standard maps" does and looks like on the SR? how is it different from the SR+? I don't care about satellite view or seeing the live traffic (color coded congestion info)… but it is important for me to be able to have turn by turn navigation that speaks to me and reroutes...

    SR Model 3 Discontinued?

Can you confirm your interior looks the same as the SR+? Also, what navigation option are you left with at the base model? I'm asking because I was considering getting the SR+ but mainly for the interior, but now that cloth manual seats don't exist...I'm wondering if the SR+ is really worth it.

Are you referring to LA FInancial CU, or LA federal CU? Can I ask what you're credit rating needed to be to get this rate?

The lady I spoke to definitely confirmed that you could become a member by donating $15 to the library, but she said you had to go in person, and the car needs to be a TX registered car to be approved for a loan.... so it's not really "open" to all, it's "open" to those in TX tho!

I actually called the CU and the woman on the phone mentioned that the car has to be registered in TX in order to get loan approval. JUST an FYI, if you're not actually a TX native!
