Autopilot not available post 2022.40.4.1 Installed

Has anyone had recent issues with Autopilot being unavailable? We have a 2020 MY with FSD on 2022.40.4.1. Tried soft reboot, recalibrating cameras, turning sentry mode off and letting MY go to sleep. Still unable to start autopilot/cruise control. Repeator cameras seem to be working ( come on...

    2020.48.26 Did you get Boombox?

We just downloaded and also did not receive Boombox. Y is a May 2020 build and has the external speaker.

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

Just a quick shout out to the entire Tesla Service Team. While it was a mystery for 2 + weeks as to why charging had stopped, I have to say that the Tesla Service Team was helpful and understanding and through 2020.36.15 for the M3 and 2020.40.3 for MY we now are able to home charge both cars...

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

Last two charges on the M3 worked with 234V and 48 amps after downloading 2020.36.15. Completed the charge to M3 and then plugged in MY and no progress. There was an software update for the MY 2020.40 but seems the issue was not resolved. It’s strange that the M3 is reading the output from the...

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

Had a similar experience. Over the weekend I was able to get both M3 and MY to 48 amps. Today it’s back to 0-2 amps with 246-247 V and it’s gotten cooler since the weekend.

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

I think it’s hard to say since it depends on the quality of electricity each owner is receiving.I travelled to someone’s wall charger about 6 miles away by a condo complex and my M3 charged at 48 amps with no issue. So the owner there is having no issues. I do think since service is trying to...

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

We are still only pulling 16 amps. Volts are high. Hoping the fix will come soon. I guess the good news we can charge - albeit a bit slower the desired

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

I also had the 2020.36.11 pushed and it did not resolve the issue - but I wasn't thinking it would since service wasn't sure that .11 had the firmware update for this issue in it. I did reach out to service and let them know that nothing had changed just so they knew. They asked I follow-up in a...

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

Tesla Service also shared that the issue is found within both M3 and MY since they use the same charging platform. Which explains why both our M3 and MY suddenly opted not to charge.

Gen 2 Wall Charger Now Only Goes to 16 Amps

Just had a conversation with Tesla service. The issue is a software one. The car is currently more sensitive to voltage fluctuations and is effecting cars in areas with "dirty" electricity. They were able to check our home location and confirmed it falls into that category. They are working on a...

Gen 2 Wall Charger Now Only Goes to 16 Amps

Thank for this. What’s not clear to me is that this happened all at once to both the 2019 M3 LR and the 2020 MY LR. What are the odds that both internal modules fail at the same time on two different vehicles? The cars do charge on a Super Charger and destination charger which may be more...

Gen 2 Wall Charger Now Only Goes to 16 Amps

That’s great. Glad it’s working. We unfortunately are still at 16A with 242V.

Gen 2 Wall Charger Now Only Goes to 16 Amps

We did ask the electrician to do that - tightened all the screws and connections and nothing changed, The fact that the mobile chargers do not work leads me to believe it's not the Wall Charger so we have ruled that out. It's either the power coming in at the fuse box or a change to the car. The...

Gen 2 Wall Charger Now Only Goes to 16 Amps

We also went to our neighbors house and connected with our Mobile charger and had the same issue. So I don’t think it’s our house.

Gen 2 Wall Charger Now Only Goes to 16 Amps

We are still dealing with it. We are trying to isolate where the issue lies. It can’t be the Wall Connector alone since the two mobile chargers we have are not working either but yet worked when we took them to Tesla Service (we assume that since they are in a Commercial site there power flow (...

Gen 2 Wall Charger Now Only Goes to 16 Amps

We have had the exact same issue. Have you tried your Mobile Connectors? Ours did not work in our home but did when we took them to a Tesla Service Center and plugged them into their 120V. So our thinking it might be an issue with the cars voltage sensitivity since this all started after...

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

We are experiencing the same issue. We have charged with the Tesla Wall Connector for 16+ months with no issues. Last week we similarly saw voltage (244-247) and amps 0-3 and no miles added. We also have a 2020 Model Y with the same issue. We tried the Mobile Connector into a 120 wall outlet and...
