You need to provide proof that your vehicle is worth less than one without a bad carfax. It is a negotiation. You do not have to settle for what their insurance company says. They are going to try to pay out the least amount possible.

I had to increase the bass on the EQ all the way up AND turn on the bass boost EQ on my iPhone to even get close. Disappointed in the DYI harness.

I installed the DYI kit last week and have the same rear speaker issues. I’m still waiting on a response from Hanshow. The issue is that even when everything is centered you have sound coming from your right rear that is meant to be on the left. Let me know if you hear of anything from them...

I have definitely noticed a lack of bass since installing my DYI harness. I also reached out to Hanshow because my rear speakers are swapped left is right, right is left. I have yet to hear back. I love having the extra speakers, but feel the overall fullness is gone.
