Why do you say that? The network has been expanding at a pretty steady pace the last few years, and now they have government funding. Permits don't usually start up until April/May here.

I use Michelin Crossclimate 2s. Wow, $275 is way too steep - that has changed dramatically since the last time I had them do it. Pretty sure it was close to $100 back in 2020. That's really odd that the other shops are telling you that. I've never heard of them needing to 'calibrate' anything...

Lol what? Any tire shop should be able to. I take mine to Tires Plus. It's a wheel alignment, not a pack replacement. For what it's worth, the Tesla service centers will do it for a pretty reasonable price as well.

Age is a much bigger factor with lead-acid batteries than mileage. How many years old is it? I received no warnings - one day my cabin lights just started fading and the MCU and windows went whacky. Then my car wouldn't start - hence starting this thread. Menards has the correct battery size...

It's not in the nav system for me yet (I know that sometimes takes a bit), so they could be doing a slow power ramp up or something weird. Obviously wouldn't have battery preconditioning either.

Grand Rapids would be an excellent, logical next choice for a gap filler. Virginia was on the voting map if I recall correctly, so hopefully that one happens sooner than later as well. Minnesota is finally getting fleshed out! What I really love about it is how it opens up more opportunities...

I check it on the map and it's frequently close to full during peak hours. I'm guessing they're also planning for a lot more growth on the west side of the cities. My impression is also that it is far cheaper to expand an existing site than build new ones.
