Saw some chargers here at Puente Hills Mall 1600 S Azusa Ave. City of Industry 91748 (Macys parking lot area just diagonal from where Souplantation was). Looks like 8 urban chargers from what I could tell. Still under construction.

Not sure if this is happening to anyone else but I'm getting lots of artifacts during playback. My playback screens cycles with red, green, and blue flashes. Playing individual camera videos are completely normal though so it's not an issue with the video files.

Just wanted to add another datapoint. Was able to schedule through app and complete HW3 upgrade for my Model 3 today. VIN 191XXX, Jan 2019 build, Southern California.
