Your specific issue is with the AC, nothing to do with how you washed your car. There have been many threads about the AC smell and how to address them. In short, you will need to clean the condenser and probably change out the air filters. This can be done DIY or through Tesla.

For all the people in California that don't have Tesla insurance, I suggest getting a quote from them. I saved about $100 per 6 months over GEICO. Also got a reduced rate due to covid-19 if you haven't done that yet.

I've actually accidentally pushed the park button while driving (30+ MPH) thinking it was the windshield wiper fluid. It ended up just giving me an error saying I couldn't put it on park so it does have some fail safe.

When you login to Tesla.com and you go to Manage --> View Details, does it it list "EAP" under options? You can also look at your purchase agreement to see if EAP was included. If it wasn't listed as part of the agreement (or on Website) then it sounds like you received EAP in error.

After the v10 update my backup camera is black for about 5-10 seconds then comes back on, never noticed before the update. After it comes back on it seems to be fine for that period but then comes back after the car has been sitting.

You can still recover the lost videos if you have a large enough drive since they would not be overwritten yet. I suggest taking the USB drive out of the car and use a data recovery tool on your PC to get the lost videos.

I've only started to notice this on my M3 after the v10 update, no issues in v9 from what I remember.

I was actually in the area over this past weekend and I was able to charge at the Atascadero supercharger with no issues (over 400 miles per hour). I did charge Saturday night around 8pm when it wasn't busy.

If you have a large USB drive you may be able to recover hours of video by using a data recovery tool on the USB drive. Currently the dashcam videos are only accessible for the last hour and this is one way to maybe recover those lost videos.

I suggest you use a reliable tire gauge and get the tire pressure manually from each tire then compare it with the reading from the screen. This should tell you if the reading is off or not.
