You missed that as of January 2023 the Refresh front doors do not automatically present anymore. They open a tiny bit and you have to yank them open every time. Absolutely dumb.

2023 MXP HW4 Update: No update from the service center, they have been doing repeated “Health Tests” from the service menu. Draining the battery down to 1% and then back up to 100%. I can see the battery life from a third party API and the NEW battery is only able to charge to 86% with 13%...

Update, so I stopped by the service center to see my upcoming MXP, delivery on Friday, and it has HW4 with all new cameras/radar. VIN is 38529X with a build date of February 7th 2023. So despite the lack of info via 510 text messages, it appears HW4 will be on our MXP.

They will have to tell you, ask the service advisor person your vehicles birthday.

FWIW, I used the new AP4/PHOENIX/Inventory Screen info to try and get an update as to if my VIN has this equipment and the delivery text channel still can't confirm.

Hate to break it to people, but HW4 isn’t appearing on the MXs right now. I should be getting delivery this week and confirmed that my VIN doesn’t have it and I also stopped by the service center to check the MXs in the lot and none of them had HW4.

Stopped by and all the MXs had HW3. No HW4.

FWIW, my delivery person has no idea what HW4 means….

Did you check to see if the new HW4 cameras were on it??

I rejected the pickup of an end of June VIN and now got pushed to Dec - Jan 30 timeframe....oof.

Our vin is 349XXX, build date of 6/20, only has 11 miles....picking up this weekend, seems VINs are all over the place.

For anyone whose gone from a 2019 to the 2022, any feedback on the road noise? Hoping this is improved in the Plaid I should be picking up this weekend because the Raven version is loud.

Same issue on a 2019 Refresh, they added more grease which didn't do anything. The next path was to replace the upper control arm on the left hand side. Surprisingly, this also did nothing. Both times as soon as I got in the car I was able to easily replicate between 5-15 MPH either slightly...

UPDATE: Replacing the brakes/rotors did not make a difference so they have ordered front half shaft replacement parts and will notify when this is available for another service appt. Overall, same story as everyone else....
