I wonder if it's related to the seat switch or seat weight sensor. Is anything resting on the seat or could cause it not to rise up when you get out? When you get out the first time try wiggling the driver seat or pushing on the center of it rigorously.

Try clearing the trip counter and some of the navigation entrees. If it's still doing it it's probably the eMMC on the way out.

Reset the trip counter and clear your navigation history. It will help.

That's odd, did you have range mode on by chance? If so the battery might be very cold since range mode reduces cooling. What color is the charge port when you plug it in? Try the following: Disconnect, reboot and reconnect. If you have no warning it should be working.
