I did get into the diagnostics and under recent probs it says DMC FW Invalid shift request Waring and BSM Isolation Fault- I need to get some clear photos to post- is there any particular files to get other than recent probs?? Thanks Bruce

thanks for the info- the problem is that the computer will not download the parser programs. when I drop into TERMINAL it shows that its there but nothing opens--I really am pitiful at this

FIRST I get a vehiclelogs file the a file with my vin then flash drive opens to the downloaded pic. the only things I can see areahrlog, rms log soh_debug and WHMP.LOG but these are all Greek to me the others are unopenable to the computer- Any ideas?? Thank you all for your help!
