EVERYONE wants to send their ideas to the developers. If they read all the ideas sent to them they wouldn't have any time to code them. Save your time. Your ideas are probably nothing they haven't heard 100 times.

Did you purchase Premium connectivity? That's the change that happened 2 weeks ago. GPS will still work without it but streaming won't.

I have the Tesla Offer trunk kit installed. I've had it about 6 months. In that time they have only needed to update the firmware once. They emailed me the file before I got the Tesla update. Installing it is simple and quick.

I was commenting on the OP saying he had to "back up blind" since his camera didn't come on. Yes, the camera should work every time but if it doesn't you don't back up blind! You look over your shoulder the way we did before there were back up cameras.

Are you using Joe Mode? I tried it and turned it off because I couldn't hear the beeps. I look out my windows to see how close I am anyway. I love the tech but don't trust it 100%

There's the answer to your "bug fix" request. Disable summing when dog mode is enabled. imagine using summon and your dog sits on the accelerator pedal? People just don't think!

Smart Summon is intended as a tool where you can summon the car to yourself at the door of a store or restaurant, get in and drive away. If you summoned the car to yourself and left a dog inside after, that is not using it as intended. There is nothing to fix if used as intended by Tesla...
