No the model x wheels are staggered, fronts are 20x9 and rears are 20x9.5

285's will definitely fit there is someone else running those tires with this set up and no issues

do the 20" off the model x, you wont be sacrificing range or comfort and they look awesome. I did it on my model s 70 and there is no rubbing.
