After switching to taller winter 19” tires, the speedometer is wrong by about 4-6mph. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Discount Tire are refusing to mount winter tires on my Model S Plaid purchased from tire track as they deemed it a safety risk. They told me the load index of the car is higher than the tires are rated for. I drive back to IL tomorrow through the mountains so I really needed winter tires on it...

About 30% of the time when I start driving the car it’ll say “park assist unavailable” and “FSD features may be restored on next drive”. Is this happening to anyone else? Is this an issue with the car itself or do we just need to wait for a firmware update?

Planning on taking a giant very expensive desktop computer on a 3,000 mile road trip from IL to CA. Does anyone have any recommendations for transporting it in the trunk? I don’t see any areas so tie it down so I don’t know what to do. It can’t move around because the components will get damaged.
