Only way is to press the handle or use the screen in the car. There is no keyfob way to only open the passenger door unfortunately.

Just put the car suspension in low or very low and you will have your 4.4 seconds (or 4.6 0-100 km/h). If not it does it in 5.5.. At least mine behaves like that. No need for 100% soc.. well that might shave off another tenth of a second or so, I've done my tests between 80 and 70 SOC.

Apparently you have to apply pressure to the door as it opens and when you do that it will be out for a couple seconds. I have not been able to trigger it on mine yet and I don't want to force the doors too much in case I break something :p It's not something that is sticking out at all time.

I found it after the video, It's a black square in the door frame made by plastic about 3x2 cm. It does not stick out (unless it's activated)

Try rebooting the car or something, it still works on mine. If not I'd check with the service centre. If there is an error with this it would be double bad if you are using summon to park the car in the garage as I do. Also check for dirt on the sensor.

If you hadn't made these pictures I would have been scared to death seeing this on my own X (from June 30 2019), but it doesn't look quite as bad here. The car has done 12000 km in about 3 months now.

It worked on 2nd try, but now it's been "installing" for an hour and I can't even open the doors! Kind of scared but I think it's just a huge update.
