A little off topic, but where are you guys getting wheel alignments done in this area? I called a few places in Orland and Mokena and no seems to do alignments for Tesla's.
I had both of my front replaced in the past 12 months. Driver side started making the sound around 30k some miles and front passenger side around 48k miles. Both were replaced under warranty. They do replace them as far as I know. I was glad the second one went out before I hit 50k miles.
Started to install the tow hitch for model 3 and got stuck at step 2. One of the plastic trunk stop keeps spinning but will not remove. I had no issue with the other side plastic trunk stop.
Any idea how I can remove this?
A little unrelated, but can anyone recommend a shop that can put a tow hitch? Found one near by that was willing to do it for under $300 and is listed as installer on Stealth tow hitch website, but they have never installed one on a Tesla.
My appointment for something similar was 3 weeks out. I emailed the SC and they got me in the next day. Send them a detailed email about the problem and see maybe they can get you in sooner.
I got my model 3 in June and received the EL plates. Last month I submit the application for personalized plates on cyber drive IL and received those plates last week.
So, IL is going to ask me to get the EL plates again?
Ordered white on white with 19 inch wheels on 6/11 and received the VIN and a delivery date this morning (6/13) with delivery on 6/19. I'm in the Chi area, so hopefully its not a customer rejected M3.
