Bought a used MS from a dealership and then did the whole ownership swap thing on the Tesla app. I guess original owner didn't remove the car from his/her account. Took Tesla 3 days to complete the swap.

As long as you have him remove the car and transfer it to the new owner with email them it should be instant. I did this recently since I bought another Tesla with a separate account and transferred to myself with another Tesla

How does Tesla even have 2 different tones of white paint? Unless the rear bumper absorbs paint differently than all the other panels of the car? I'm not even upset at this issue but just found it hilarious that this issue is normal.

Update for anyone who's still interested. The other insurance company sent me an email a few weeks back asking if I would be willing to settle for an amount that's slightly less than what I had asked for. I didn't want to waste anymore time so I accepted. It was about 75% of what I asked for.

quick update on my Y after 800 miles. avg has gone up to around 295 Wh/mile, which is about 10 Wh/mile more than my performance 3. Most of the driving is hwy, above 75mph.

I do not baby my P3D or the PYD I drive 75-80mph on hwy and have fun on regular street. I don't have heater or AC on most of the time. Lifetime on the P3D is around 290wh/m and seems like the Y will be the same.

i'm getting about 290whm after 150 miles with mixed driving. That's about the same as my P3D

Rear visibility is terrible on the Y to be honest. It's a tiny window from the rear view mirror.

No too much of a hassle having one charger on the left side. I was using the Tesla travel charger for awhile, before adding a chevy bolt to the family. I think some people give I hope other people did not give up after seeing a few denial letters. I think that percentage is probably higher since insurance companies will try their best to not pay out.

Adjuster came back and reported $13k in repairs. Hoping drivetrain/suspension isn't damaged. They will have to inspect that when they do an alignment check.
