The 20s are better than the 21s and is all season vs summer. You might even have better luck getting cash on your side of the trade as there’s so many 21s out there.
It was okay. They don't work on weekends which a lot of things I needed from them fell on the weekend and it was a long wait to monday. I sold my SR+ to them. I agreed to their offer of +500 more after telling them what carbuyerusa would pay even though their top offer on the site was $2000...
You have to redownload the tesla app and add it back onto your car. I updated to iOS 14 beta 2 and my tesla app wasn't working even after signing out. I redownloaded the app, relinked with the car, and its fine again.
I don't see FSD anywhere close to being ready. By the time it's ready, I probably traded my car in for a newer model making the cost useless. But of course this is my own opinion.
I honestly don’t think we save much driving Tesla. It’s too early to tell what problems we would get in the model 3. Everyone thinks just because we have less maintenance, it would mean we save more money. They don’t factor in that everyone overcharges to fix a Tesla. Seen multiple model s with...
Can you check if they are xpel certified? Check xpel website. They should have given you a bookmark type of card with the info of warranty stuff and who the installer was. Yes you should call xpel and get this going.
It’s an installer issue. @XPEL will make sure your a happy customer. They will either make the installer reinstall it better or get someone better to redo it.
Not sure what your asking. Your title asked for a recommendation. Your post asked if people agree with you on your wheels and choosing a color for you that you already set your eyes on.
My “recommendation” is that if you like the wheels and the red calipers, go for it. It’s your car. You don’t...
I would love a blind spot on the mirrors however it doesn’t. The current blind spot monitoring system on the 3 doesnt really make sense for example. I want to turn left. Subconsciously, I’ll look at my left mirror, not turning my head even if slightly to the right wanting to make a left turn.
Yep they’re a vendor here. I bought from them as well. Smooth and got my mats less than a week. Was $185 and painless. No one says anything bad about them. Joe on the other hand, he needs to leave.
Crazy thing is, this is similar to how I wanted to try @XPEL! I wasn’t specifically looking for xpel until I saw them active on forums and helping distressed customers. It’s not xpels fault for bad shops but their customer service makes up for it and makes it even better by having one less thing...
I have 70% XR plus in the front. The distortion is only because the windshield hasn’t completely dried yet. After a few days, it’s like nothing is there.
35% all around no regrets. I paid $650 for 70% front windshield XR plus(miscommunication between xpel and my tinter originally put on my windshield. @XPEL fixed it like a boss) and 35% all around. Was $500 if I didn’t get front windshield.
It doesn't give him any excuse to continue this way. Sure, feel sympathetic for him at first but when you assure people that it'll be better and continue to give empty promises, it's no longer acceptable. Know that saying, "fool me once; shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." It makes people...
I have come to see a lot of Tesla owners do that. It’s ridiculous. But their money, their call. Seen people pay to like RPM for same stuff you get for 1/3 for the price as they’re nothing but middlemen and some even takes longer than buying direct from China. Just gotta let go and not fall into...
I don't understand how he has all these bad comments and yet people still buy from them? Can people not read before buying? Hate to see people not getting their stuff under a week when you buy from anywhere else, it's literally less than a week and no need for constantly messaging/calling about...
I would go with XPEL! They actually have great warranty on their products in case installer is in the wrong and not admitting fault! It's one less thing to worry about! And their products are absolutely amazing!
I want to correct my statement as I have mixed up 2 different situations but regardless, it shows XPEL stands by their product. PPF Installation Recourse Help
XPEL warrantied for the labor and work of this when the installer wasn't helping out in any way.
Tint problem and seeking advises
This...
I don’t know about how suntek deals with installers and warranties but XPEL will back you up even if an installer messes up. Knowing they will help you out even when you think you got it bad, XPEL will do the best they can to make sure your satisfied. I had an bad experience and XPEL made it...
I became a firm believer of XPEL due to their customer service. I have a post of a different issue and I was reached out to by Chris the xpel sales rep that went up and beyond for me. I been advertising for them for free(referring people to get xpel tint, etc) because I know others would have...
You can't go wrong with XPEL, LLumar, 3M, suntek. I went with XPEL XR and XR+ for windshield and they are amazing. I paid $650 total for windshield and tint with full one piece rear. It was $450 for everything besides the windshield. I personally would do full one piece rear to not have to deal...
A parked car is still going to build up heat. The tint slows down heat from getting into the car but if a car is just parked, it's going to build up heat regardless. The difference is when your driving and you see that sun beaming at you and you feel little to no heat.
This is ridiculous that a pearl white SR that wants AP later on down the line now cost more than a SR+ with AP included in the price already.
1500 color + 1000 drop price is a whopping $2500 vs the 1875 drop in tax rebate. But I guess history repeats itself...
Not to mention the notorious labor prices. Body shops are gouging insurance companies money left and right on Tesla’s just because they feel special they’re “Tesla certified”
XR still on sides and back rear windshield. XR plus now on front windshield. On a 90F day if I’m parked, it’ll still be hot when you get in. You can’t really avoid this as it’s been baking in the sun. But when your driving and the sun beams at you, you feel literally little to no heat. The car...
About 2 weeks ago, I got my car tinted with @XPEL and there was a misunderstanding between my installer, his sales rep Chris, and I for the front windshield. Initially, Chris wasn't involved as I had no idea who he was. My installer(Romeo's Window Tinting) was under the impression that the 88%...
I was quoted $450 one piece rear windshield with suntek. I went to another installer, and got XPEL XR done instead for $500. Had a hiccup with the windshield($150) as they still claim the XPEL CS is a ceramic film but not as much as their XR so it's put under CS. The sales rep apologized to both...
Like the others, I went back to stock. It looks nice but at the end of the day, the spring mod for soft close is better but especially not the really light spring i1tesla did. The 18lb one from Home Depot.
I didn’t like it as well. It goes up too harsh and had a little bend on close. I uninstalled it and went back to stock. As for the spring mod, I bought homedepot 18lb one I believe and I can close with 1 hand not being too light.
