They seemed to have removed the option from the web site. The instructions say to use the app but the insurance part of the app hasn't worked in months and they keep telling me they're aware and working on it. If I get pulled over then I can no longer present valid insurance.
Totally get that these are unique times and I'm totally fine with being patient for my order. My issue here is that they charged me right away, didn't ship, and haven't responded to any inquiries.
Im hoping they monitor this forum. Just looking to cancel the order at this point.
Second day in a row I come out of work and there's no volume. It adusts but I can't hear anything until I reboot.
Bluetooth, Spotify, YouTube, whatever.
Anyone else?
I was pretty ignorant about PPF, ceramic, etc. I bought a black Model 3 and someone recommended I put ceramic on it so I did. Started finding rock chips in the paint so upgraded to Front PPF and rocker panels.
As soon as I got the car back I noticed a bunch of scratches near the passenger door...
Curious of anyone else has confirmed surround sound per Elon's tweet that it would be included. I tested DD5.1 and PCM5.1 using YOUTube and it was 2-channel.
Weird thing. I set my limit to 80% (SR) and it usually lands on 176. Just looked and it's at 181. Now I don't care about the mileage but what's weird is that it charged past the limit line. Anyone else experience this?
At least here in San Diego there are a crazy amount of used Model 3s on the site. Very low miles all under 1,000 so it seems obvious they're 7 day/1,000 mile returns. Most of them are SR+ around 37k.
My car is in service and I was curious what the status is. The Tesla support number said I can check the status with the app but the app just says "Car is in service".
Do I just wait for a text? What should I expect?
I paid $807 for six months and they're raising it to $1193.93.
They said it's because the cost to repair and there number of claims.
I have a perfect driving record. Any recommendations?
Sentry mode keeps turning itself on and checking all the exclude boxes. Twice I've made sure that "exclude favorites" was unchecked and sentry was off from my mobile device. When I go to turn it on within the car it's already enabled and "exclude favorites" is re-checked.
I think this started...
My girlfriend is having a hard time in the passenger seat. The head read pushes her head at a downward angle. We've determine this could be fixed with a flatter seat or filling in the concave part near the upper back.
Anyone else have this and a solution? The internet is full of lower back...
I have a new Tesla brand all weather cargo mat. I don't feel like shipping it or dealing with Ebay. If you're here in SD I'll sell it for $50. Costs $70 new.
HMU.
I scheduled a mobile device last week. Tech told me he needs to order the parts and can't fix one issue so I'll need to bring it in. He told me someone would call me to schedule. No one called so I tried. No answer so I asked customer service via chat and they recommended I just schedule from...
It was parked in the sun for a couple of hours. During that time the normal hum (battery cooling?) ran the entire time. The car listed 97 degress when checked via the app. I spot cleaned the windshield and left it. Then I pulled in the car and the wipers kept going then made the following noise.
The salesperson told me they just don't let you charge the batteries all the way by switching the software limit internally so that 90% actual equals 100% available.
If that's the case, you could charge the SR to 100% and still maintain your battery as if you're only charging to 90%.
Anyone...
I saw on my contract that mine has 50 miles. That seems totally normal to me but I know Tesla reserves different cars for test drives. How many miles did yours have and what do you think is normal?
I'd gladly accept more miles if that means they tested it more. :-)
I'm hearing I should do this to protect he paint of my black model 3. I'll take any recommendation but mainly I'm looking for a trustworthy place in San Diego.
