Weather has zero to do with that is just a lazy persons excuse. Cle Elum was built in November 2018 in the snow with 12 Tesla stalls and 3 stalls from EV4 in just 23 days!!! That was a completely developed site ie a grass field to Tesla's and other EV's charging on day 23 so please tell me...

***Update*** Some conduit in the ground. No progress to speak of in the inside. One of the slowest builds outside of Blaine, WA and Forks, WA.
