Got it to work! Actually took 2 updates, the first one that I already had waiting got the screen to come on and it took another firmware push from tesla to get it on the same version. Thanks!

Did they force the update over the air? What exactly did you tell them you needed on the phone?

Did you do the install of the new screen? I got the bubble issue in my IC too and am about to swap to a new one. Did you have to wait for a software update? If so did it work just fine?

How do you install it? Is it a plug and play situation if installing before an update? Is there anything else to know to make sure it connects to the car?
