Just to chime in and say i got this working and i'm using teslamate following @Landro instructions. I had to hardcode my url into the parameters.js file for it to work.

Any ideas of how to make this work for teslamate?

Only way so far is to rotate the screen to portrait mode. You can press crtl+shift+refresh button (should look like a circule with an arrow)

In my experience between 0.5GB to 2 or more GB
