I've used versions of their mounts that clip to the side of the car stereo (by removing the panels and screwing into the frame underneath) and a clip that attached to the side of my center console. Not sure if I like their vent mount options. Have you used those?

I wonder if my vanity would allow me to feel comfortable in that car even on my short 1 mile commute to work. Don't disagree that there are "three useless seats" in a larger car, but for me at least the Smart was a little too small. That said, I love the concept.

I exchanged emails with ProClip back at the end of April and they said that they were working with a couple of Tesla owners to get the measurements done in May, which would allow them to have the mounts available in June.

GREAT pic! That is exactly where I was planning on having my furry (and shedding) Golden Retriever ride. My only concern was temperature/airflow back there. How does the A/C work for that area? It gets hot in Texas, so I want to make sure that back window doesn't create an oven.
