The difference of half a second 0-60 IS noticeable... as example it’s the difference between a golf R and an Audi RS3.... iv owned both and iv raced a golf R in my Rs3 off the lights...it’s big! And the quicker the 2 cars the bigger difference .5 seconds is. Not saying the money for Tesla...

no rebates etc as such - you get a contribution in terms of a grant for the home charger i think but nothing has changed. oh well, i best just order new when i can and watch this space :)

thanks, in the UK i dont think you can buy extended warranty from tesla now but for ICE cars its fairly common for people to buy third party warranty, its big business, but im not sure anyone would cover a tesla. it just seems odd for someone to bu y a £60k+ seconde hand car and just 'hope' it...

unlimited SC cars get charged if a location is busy? really? whats defines when someone gets charged? i understand they still get charged for idle fees but if somewhere is just 'busy' thats irrelivant?

i think CMC1 may have been meaning ICED? if the car park charges yet the tesla bays are free then ICE cars may park in them

Out of interest, when the SC’s are full do people tend to queue nicely? Is there a designated waiting area etc? I assume people don’t jump in like car park sieves I’m busy car parks? I guess I’m just paranoid about home charging. In the uk I worry that somehow if I leave the car plugged in overnight it will still somehow cost me even after it hits 80% as it’s still plugged in. I wish there was a metre I could connect to the home charger to show exactly the amount of kWh...

Hi all I am planning on buying a MX P100d in the next month or two - looking at a second hand one (2019 model) purely as £15k cheaper than brand new I was hoping those with more tesla experienced may have a better view on what is fair pricing; i have seen a couple of P100D model x recently...

im new here too and this topic is the key one for sure..... from what i can see, IF i charged from 15/20% up to 100% every time it would likely impact by battery performance in 5-8 years time but only by possibly 5-15 miles (average). seems like a VERY small price to pay for less frequent...

so was the claim that the lorry carrying the tesla chargers was just parked at the hotel then? they certainly arent having any installed according to the hotel

this is something i asked the tesla guy on my M3P test drive last week. I have an audi rs3 just now and there is a button on the steering wheel to switch between 'comfort' and 'dynamic'. that was needed as dynamic is so loud i always wanted to switch to comfort when arriving home in the evening...
