I visited Westfield today to look at the Y on site - LHD Performance in Red with black seats. For what it's worth the Sales Adviser was pretty clear that no deliveries would be made in January but was more hopeful for February or March.

I had an old CYC RFID card but was advised that this would not work after the changeover. I registered again and was sent a new CPS RFID card which has worked with no problems.

I have returned from my short trip to Scotland having successfully used the new CPS RFID card at two different chargers. I recognise that this is a small sample but nonetheless satisfactory. I have a longer trip to Scotland in September and will be trying out more chargers on that occasion.

Based on my experience it IS automatic that they send you and RFID card once you have successfully set-up a new account and DD. This is not clear from the information on their website … but it is what happened to me.

I had a similar message. I had two cards registered on my account; one of them expired but both of them were "greyed out" and deemed unusable. I was, however, able to resolve the issue be easily adding the replacement for the expired card.

When the battery reaches whatever level is deemed to be 100% (irrespective of whether that is actually 1000% or only 98%) the battery management system will not allow any more electrons to be added to the battery - whether by a plugged in charger or by the onboard regen charger.
