Sell me on a used P85D vs model 3 performance

I did once debate about getting a 360, they can be had around 60-80k. I'm still currently interested in finding an old NSX in that range.

Sell me on a used P85D vs model 3 performance

is the + suspension code for "air suspension"? If so, they are great, but big bucks to repair replace later in life (20k+ replacement on landrover/merc cars). Also, love the jeep. I currently might be trading in my 2017 JKUHR (2" mopar lift) for this tesla...really sad.

Sell me on a used P85D vs model 3 performance

Afraid of the air suspension being floaty and not sporty. Also, had M3s and RS4s. Reason i'm slightly leaning toward the M3S right now because of lots complaining the S feels like a boat.

Sell me on a new model 3 (performance) vs P85D

was just looking into depreciation curves (lease numbers from tesla) and tesla is assuming the P3D will lose 53% of it's value after (3 years / 45k miles). Seems large. Not sure I could see used P3D's in 3 years going for 30k...so you might be right.

Sell me on a new model 3 (performance) vs P85D

I agree, but nervous about putting the miles on the air suspension. I just know land rover / Merc prices for replacement of air suspensions going for 15-20k! Anyone know the cost on Model S?

Sell me on a used P85D vs model 3 performance

wouldn't call 997.1 porsche 911's rare by any means. Not even specific models, they all have their price points (997.1 = ~40k, S (45-50k) turbo (~65-80k)). Prices haven't changed for years and see some going up now.

Sell me on a used P85D vs model 3 performance

ha, you can! I've owned a porsche 911 (used 997.1) and Lotus Exige and both I put miles on and owned for 3+ years and sold them for the exact price I paid for them.

Sell me on a used P85D vs model 3 performance

I'm hearing the vast community of tesla heads saying the model S feels like a boat compared to the new M3S. Haven't not driven either, is it possible to get a "test drive"?

Going for the basis opinion first.

Sell me on a used P85D vs model 3 performance

    But say i'm putting on 60k miles in 3 years. Model P85D (~40k miles used + 60k = 95k miles) = how much would a 7 year old 100k mile P85D be worth? $30k? vs. Model M3S (0 miles + 60k miles = 60 miles) = how much would a 3 year old 60k mile M3S be worth? $30k?

Sell me on a new model 3 (performance) vs P85D

I have around 60k max to spend (would like to be under). Taking a new position with a 100 mile total daily commute (80% highway/possible traffic). Very into performance cars and would really appreciate the speed when switching to my first non-ICE car. I have around 60k to spend and also, like to...
