A friend of mine told me a couple months ago that all used LR AWD model 3s sold by Tesla got the $2,000 speed boost added for free (used teslas are pricey so probably baked into the price). Might want to consider that but also make sure it is a fact.

Might want to check if this is still in effect but telsa several months ago was carrying new bumper covers already factory painted for about 1k. I'd go that route and not have to worry about some local body shop color matching.

New and depreciation is much much less on the LR as opposed to P. Vroom is literally offering more for the long range even when factors such as mileage and year are the same.

Some misinformation going on here. Based on what I've been told by telsa employees, the mid range has same battery pack as SR and SR+. It has the same features (fog lamps, premium interior, etc.) as long range rear wheel drive just with SR+ pack with software unlock to 260 mile range.

New you would have to go with dual motor, it is faster but RWD is more efficient. It is 48k base, 2k for red, 1200 for dealer fee and cant get EAP anymore but I'd say worth about 3k since for 3k more you can upgrade EAP to FSD. Charger is 500, mats 300. That's about 55k for all this stuff new.

I have only fully charged to 100% twice. Not great for the pack longevity. Once at about 900 miles and again at 1500 miles. Car was basically new with those low miles. Did it because a friend of mine had the same concern as you. His SR+ was at 228 fully charged but he has going on 9000 miles now...

This is true. It is like counting on a gas car telling you distance until empty. I've run those down to 0 miles but obviously the car still ran. My full charge with SR+ is 228 have had it fluctuate to 235. I'd say keep the car, be happy you got a brand new battery pack and move on.

Was at my service center a few weeks ago and saw they had every color of bumper covers in stock. They do that to ensure new deliveries with shipping damage can be fixed immediately. Chances are they have your bumper and the color does match perfectly. Tesla is known to not have many deviations...

Also know that most cars on the lot are already sold inventory so maybe the employee was being protective of other customer cars (there may be more that we do not know such as previous vandalism in that lot). Doesn't seem that great. Also remember, if it is an older model and with those miles it might be, they did not come with auto pilot (it is 3k to add). All new ones come with auto pilot.

My local service center stocks painted front bumpers in all colors. They mainly do this to repair damaged units quickly from shipping so that deliveries are not compromised. They do sell them to the general public, cost around 900. I highly recommend going to your local SC. No need to order...

All colors look great. I just love blue and went that way. In my mind it fits the full electric theme and a car like this should stand out.

I should have clarified. I bought an OEM performance spoiler off of Ebay. That is a Tesla part.

System X ceramic installed and a performance spoiler from Ebay. The blue pops for sure now.

None have it now. Even the premium interiors. You have to order the kit or get a used module.
