yes, stopping by 6am is currently by design. Some areas have peak electricity times, and Tesla adhered to that model in their design.

My performance came with the spoiler on from the factory (picked it up 18 days ago). I didn't notice until a couple days later, but the right edge isn't entirely flush and adhered. So, even factory installs have this deficiency.

That is in fact, what Tesla did. Pre-28.2, HW3 used H.265 encoding. With 28.2 encoding is now h.264. the only way you can now tell is by grabbing the part number specifically. See FSD computer HW3 or HW2.5 tracking sheet for more info.

Yep, I see this too. When I took delivery my car was on the .15 branch. My recordings for that build are in HEVC (H.265). After upgrading to 28.2, I found my videos are now recorded in H264. I had checked a recent recording and thought son of a, thinking that my 8/19 built car had 2.5. Phew!
