    I had to straddle a pile of road kill within the first 2 months of having the model 3 dual motor. My range dropped over the next few months after that. When Tesla checked it out a year later, they said the crease in the bottom plate renders the car as a fire hazard. I had to replace it...

    I agree that it would be nice if the holes in coverage could be plugged. I apparently need to make another trip from the Santa Fe area to Gunnison soon. I am debating in whether I should go the long way on I-25 or not.

    I am not sure if I ever had a bill for this charger, I have also had free charging at CSB. This December CSB was appropriately billed though. I just came on here to find out why this is apparently free sometimes. I feel that I owe Tesla for the charge.

    Grants will be a great location to top off the batteries. I bought a CHAdeMO adapter so that I can charge at the Electrify America in Grants. My wife and I spent a couple days there to see the ice cave and the uranium museum. It was fun.

    My model 3 has lost 11% of its range. It looks like I won't try to make the trip to Poncha Springs from Santa Fe in the winter time again.

    Battery conditioning requires navigation to superchargers. If it is not in the navigation system, the conditioning won't happen. I assume it is cold there at this time of year.
