The ones in my area have subpar customer service, and don't have the latest web nor mobile offerings. Meanwhile I've received the best service from non local banks that are mostly online only in my immediate area. YMMV as noted, hence why I said personally.

I was only offered 1 date for pickup. I asked for a day early and they said the set date is the soonest. I believe you have 3 days to pickup within that set date. Otherwise that car will go to someone else.

Reach out to themt. I assume they can credit you back post delivery. I just did mine in store, SA said I could swap loans if I wanted to since I was considering a credit union. Depending if you're prepaying it might affect it, if you know by delivery and you will be paying in store you should...

Ouch. Yeah not worth it then if these are actual returns. I was looking at one for ~$41,000, once you do the math might as well get the AWD as it's a new car.
