The keycards work perfectly! The only time it's a problem is if you get a cover that is made from real CF. Real CF blocks the RFID signal and that's why those always have a cutout

Success! I was able to order it from my service rep. I asked if there was a parts department I can go to next time, but they said the Burbank SC parts desk is not open to the public and is inside the shop.

I've only been to Burbank Service and I don't believe they have a separate parts desk or department. The last time I got replacement cabin air filters and when I see other people getting parts, it's through the same service reps/service counter. Do other SCs have a separate parts department?

I have Model X on order from a few weeks ago and my Glendale rep said the incentive is only on Inventory orders. I called a few stores in the LA area and they all said the same. Unfortunately, I also just called tamx3's rep and they got a memo last night that it's just Inventory orders now...
