Why wouldn't we get that? That's a standard part of the export tariff ..they aren't directly paying for the kWh in the saving sessions but giving you points (which yes you can credit to the account) but I would see these as distinct things.

Agree with the "too fast" comments. It's been a noticeable decline in their customer service since they took over bulb. My smart meter hasn't worked properly since April and I have to spend half an hour a week on hold to them to chase up what's going on...so far...nothing...and they don't care...
