What is the general consensus for letting electric motors and batteries warm up as you would an ICE car? Especially on cold mornings etc. I currently drive conservatively until the regen warning triangle and dashed lines disappear but i have no idea if this is correct protocol or not!

I'm trying to determine the power output of my P90DL. Reading the power gauge on the dash, it seems to stop at 400KW, but cant be sure exactly. I have teslafi but unclear if this logs max KW? I've had a look at powertools which i'll buy if i have to but i dont think i'll really use it more...

Anyone know if you can view max KW within the teslafi site or is it tucked away in the raw data somewhere? I exported the data and found a column called "Power" but my stats for this mornings drive dont seem to appear as i would expect, perhaps due to sampling and not continuous read out?

The car needs to be added to your account and visible in the app i think..

ah. i havent had a chance to test the car yet with battery fully warmed up yet. Does it appear automatically or does it need to be selected once warmed up? This also looks like a similar menu to the tyre pressure monitoring that i cant seem to find either!

Is the visual in the video on the left available for everyone? I have a 2016 P90DL and havent been able to find this menu in the settings and wondering if this is only available on new / raven cars?

very strange! I went with LV in the end. Around £420 for the year, which is not bad, but still £100 more than a similar performance petrol car to MS P90DL.

Also something to be aware of is that insurance start date is a factor in quote price. Changing my start date from a week away to 1 day out increased the premium by £50 :-(.

By CPO, im referring to used inventory on the tesla site that comes with warranty. Looks like CPO is still very much a thing in the UK, providing you are comfortable hitting the buy button based on a spec sheet and rendered image!

Ah, got you. It's a park and ride so plenty other spaces just not right at the front, alot tighter and higher potential for door dings! Although in saying that, the charge spaces are almost always empty. Until the day they are all filled up with brand new M3s courtesy of the EST loan!
