It was. I zoomed on it myself,but there was no strach. Maybe I zoomed too much

It went well. The car was in perfect condition. Although the lady putting in the license plate manage to put a large scratch in it. The detail guy came over and said that the scratch wasn't there 5 minutes earlier. He ended up putting some touch up paint in it.

I haven't accepted the car yet. I flying to Denver tomorrow to accept it.

I agree with you. The whole issue stems from their pictures being crap

Is a dent considered a Wear and Tear cosmetic item?

Are there any guidelines about dents in CPO cars. All I see is normal wear and tear is not covered but "normal wear and tear" is not defined anywhere

Also, the SA says that they are not responsible for any Cosmetic issues and the Delivery guy says that they will fix anything that wasn't clearly visible in the pictures. Confused

Pretty sure is a paint chip but you really have to zoom in to see it. They should really point this stuff out.

There is a funny story behind all this. I ordered this car for 32600 on Friday night. Monday got a call from Tesla SA saying there was a price mistake. Tesla mistakenly mispriced 42 cars.(30% discount or more). 40900 is the new price. The car has been locked since Friday.

This is a CPO car and I don't think I can test drive it. The listing says AutoPilot but how can I verify without testing the car?

The real issue is the number of cars that they mispriced (42 cars) and the amount of time that it took them to notify buyers (4 days) In those 4 days...I sold my car and purchased $500 worth of accessories. Not to mention my time etc

THey must have changed that. When I checked last time, you could only apply the 2500 to a different CPO car

Sales Advisor said that 42 cars were purchased with the incorrect price and they didn't realize the mistake until Monday

These rules don't apply to used CPO cars. They are only for new vehicles

I agree with you. The part that bothers me is that it took them 4 days to notify me. I wouldn't have sold my car if they had notified me in a timely manner

Talked to an attorney and he said that Baid and Swich laws are hard to prove/enforce. We might have a case because the car is in Denver and that is considered inter-state commerce, but not worth it IMO
