How do you get in touch with Zac? I have a misaligned trim piece above the left back seat, and was told to log it through the app, and had to choose a service center. I would love him to come over and take a look at it instead for me to take the car in Syd.
Yes, I noticed this too, and the sparky just installed my wall charger (connector). I believe he set it up to 32A - 3 phase. The screen only shows 16A (with the red 3 indicater) and 11 kw, but not km\hr rate, and the car charges fine, wondering if he set it up right?
@Bowdad, mine is supposed to be at 11:30 today, no contact from anyone yet. Not sure going to Carways will help, cant reach Tesla as well, the no info is very frustrating.
There are a bunch of us in Canberra that are getting our cars on Mon, 23rd (fingers crossed). So I reckon we meet at the Majura supercharger over the following weekend. Sunday afternoon 4 - 5 pm sounds good to me, happy to adjust.
I am in "the same boat" as both of you, received an invoice last week, the delivery specialist advised will deliver around the 23th, and I have to register the car myself, I also confirmed there will be no one from Tesla to actually explain how things work, they can assist on a phone if needed...
I am in ACT as well, reserved in 2017, ordered mid July, No VIN, account on Next Steps, no call, no account movement, no email, no invoice, no car, no nothing.. But maybe, just maybe, this Canberra bundling is a thing...
