I’m actually financing it with Tesla but they were fine too, I guess end of day to your point if I give them authority then why do they care who collects it… I have all the conversation screenshots and will print for him in case any problems.

Spoke to Tesla on live chat and they agreed I could name someone to pick it up on my behalf and I had to email them with their name and driving license. I did this and they responded and confirmed. Anyone had any experience, was it really as straightforward as this?

Just had V10 pushed to my car. Model 3, FSD, Advanced.

FYI I heard back from EO and it’s a Model 3 problem where the car doesn’t wake up to charge therefore it’s setup to trickle charge . Sentry mode solves this so in the JuiceNet / EO app you have to change car to Model S then it stops the trickle charge.

Sorry for delay, managed to get them on okay in the end, pulled the holders hard, got them off, slid the plates out, put the holders back on then slid plates back in

First night with EO Mini Pro and have scheduled to charge during my 4 hour octopus energy window. I have plugged the charger into the car now and it’s showing 6 miles per hour - I thought this would be at 0 until 12:30 then it would kick in? Does it just trickle until the scheduled time?

Funny you should say how much... I rang 2 days before collection and was told I have to pay £25 per plate at collection, so I said yes. Got to collection and they said they can't process payments, but they'll make them for me and then the sales team would ring to take payment. No one has rung...

There was 4 CCS stalls and all in use - all with people who just collected from Birmingham, everyone had the same idea :)

I just rang Tesla on the 01628 number and for the first time ever got through in 6 minutes!! Instead of being hung up after 2 hours. Got my date confirmed (this Friday) and he gave me the registration plate too. Happy customer :)

Turns out I spoke to soon! They came today and wouldn't install as when I charge the car the cable will cross through a "path" (even though I own the land" and therefore they refused to install... crazy! Now kicked off with them via email as no answer on phone.

I went with PodPoint due to the price in the end - £395 after OLEV fully installed.

I’m still in my 14 day cooling off however as they took over my order I can still see delivery and Tesla are communicating with me - interesting is my delivery date would actually be inside the 14 day cooling off however I imagine I can just waive the clause if they need me too
