Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

I expect that they are using the delays to the approval to dial in all the systems in Berlin, so the ramp could be quite quick. Also Berlin and Texas have the benefit of the giga casting to reduce complexity and less complexity = faster ramp. 2022 could be more like 1.9m delivered

Some months ago, my eldest daughter purchased her first call ($600 Jun 16, 2023). Being new to options, she was rather confused at the $19,400 purchase price and had regrets that she might not even cover the option cost. Today, she is sitting on an (unrealised) $29k+ profit. Good for her...

You always need to consider the USD/EUR exchange rate to understand if this is a pop in the share price or just exchange rate fluctuations. Currently TL0 is €436 or $484.74 at current spot rates. Current pre market in USA is $484.

Good point, however, for longer road trips, there needs to be sufficient capacity for overnight charging to be able to ‘fill’ the battery in time. A 7kw charger adds 20 miles per hour to my S. If the battery had a range of 500 miles, it would take 25 hours to charge from empty.

    The Promise of Maxwell

If you are only building 10k EV’s a year, then $250k is $5k per car over 5 years. Say you can take $5k off the pack price due to better energy density etc, you only break even. The cost of the tech is only compelling if you are making lots of EV’s and you have to believe it will get you those...
