Curious the source of the VIN #s. I missed out on something like this with my Model 3, build date was actually AFTER Tesla's range but still didnt have the right harness for a retrofit. I am looking at a PF841 - based on your logic should have HW4, then.

Have an 07/19, bought an oem speaker thinking it must have the wire being that close to 09/19 but doesn’t appear to. Pulled wheel well apart, and frunk too - nothing just laying in there or even tied up.

i don't know the specifics, but was informed that at the moment they are building europeans spec cars - at some point (February-ish) they will switch back to making North America bound vehicles. I think that is a large reason for any delays in progress.
