installing 2020.44 (SR+ with FSD)

Installed 2020.40.4 and the release notes are the same as 2020.40.3 (must be some urgent bug fixes).

I didn't unfortunately pay attention to the size, but it didn't appear to be a very large package as it didn't take extremely long for update to finish.

Just had the 2020.36 installed. Release notes only mention three things: 1- Autosteer Stop Sign and Stop Light Warning 2- Green Traffic Light Chime 3- Cruise Set Speed Improvements That is all. I have not driven the car yet.

Then I wouldn't be so disappointed :-) 20.13 must have been slowed down due to a huge issue or bug. Therefore. you are now upgraded to a version that has less bugs or issues compared to what you were initially going to be upgraded too :-) Hence, there is nothing to be be disappointed about:-;)...

I did notice Sentry was not getting activated in many occasions in 2020.12.5 version, but it seems it has improved much more after update to 2020.12.11.1

It did happen to me with previous version once when the car showed a cold weather sign on battery and reduced range by 35K. I haven't seen it again.

I have FSD and have seen the autopark symbol many times. I have used it once and it worked fine. You need to be on slow speed and in a position that the car thinks it can auto park. As for the updates, I have given up on finding a pattern for when you would get it or what version you would get...

Does anyone remember from when the upgrade to have the rear seat heaters for AU$500 became available for SR+ owners? I am not sure if I would upgrade, but I just realised that option when checking my account for premium connectivity. I don't recall that option being available few months back.

I think you can only connect to WiFi when in Park, which would mean you would not be able to use your own mobile phone to connect to WiFi and use Tesla Spotify App while driving. You can however use your own Spotify on the phone and play via bluetooth.

I use it everyday and it really helps in traffic too, plus no other manufacturer in no were near what Tesla is doing with AP.

I tinted my side windows in Tinthaus in Sydney about three weeks ago. Thay have done many Teslas M3s and they told me that the side windows are toughened and rear glass is laminated (dual layer). They mentioned that there is risk with cracking on laminated glass and I didn't tint the rear glass.

I just installed it as well. I was really looking forward to ‘FSD visualisation preview’ :-(

I haven't seen him yet but his Web site mentions a starting price from $850 if I am not mistaken. I have also been recommended by my friends to check two other places and options, with one offering life time warranty. I am also going to check them before making the final decision.

I installed 2019.36.2.4 last night and when I charged my car today it charged to 341 km at 90% instead of usual 344 km that was showing after 90% charging previous times. Anyone else has experienced this drop after this update?

The fog light options are active and can be turned on only when the lights are on (SR+ at least). To test, manually turn the lights on in car controls and the fog light option should become available.

A quick question about charging. Does anyone know how to charge Tesla 3 in destination chargers that have the normal model S connector for charging as opposed to CCS?

Has anyone has been able to see the speed updated to 40 in school zones? My SR+ doesn't seem to care about the school zones at all and continues with the normal speed (in Sydney). Does it depend on the school hours?

It does in deed look very nice, but I in order to be impartial, we need to see the pictures before and after :-)
