I've had a complete unit failure (no lights - consumer unit fuse seems OK). Tried resets etc with no joy. I first spoke to Andersen in December - 6 calls now, every time I'm promised a call back the following day that never happens. Has anyone else had active support in the last month?

In case anyone else is in the same boat. I just called hotel, parking eye is in operation but no fines unless you stay longer than three hours (this will revert back again after lockdown). Restaurant is open if required.

I had inline RCD in extension cable when I tried - it didn't trip but the house did. Quick update - pod point install is fine and not seeing any issues.....but the 3 pin will still trip house even with everything else in fuse box switched off - it must be something leaking on the sockets, but...

Polar charge was ccs, so I guess that doesn’t rule the car out. I *think* the car was charging on type 2 rather than ccs at Dartford on collection (charger didn’t have the “bottom 2 pin section” from memory) I’ll try the option of having everything off in the morning and having another go...
