Big Island 2019 Model 3 multi coat red owner. My auto has paint peeling and debris that is embedded in the paint making it's way to the surface. My Model 3 turns 1 in October of 2020. The awful news is that the Dealership is taking "no" responsibility... claiming it is normal wear and tear...

Thanks... I have not. It seems that since my vehicle is a Tesla and has defective factory paint it would fall to Tesla to fix. *Next month it will be one year since I have brought up issue to Oahu Dealership. The paint has actually gotten worse as debris is making its way to the surface.

Aloha, Unfortunately it has been terrible to receive service. My auto is on the Big Island and has a defective paint job; in one month it will be 1 year that I have been trying to get this issue resolved. It is a big issue, and I feel they are just ignoring me as they don't know how to remedy.

I don't agree. I think TESLA has been up front with capacity, including loss. Could you explain what you meant by, "the number by itself means nothing".

Mine is a 2019. I would think range increase applied to model type and not year.

Interesting. I have a 2019. I don't understand why some years would get the increase and not; I thought it would be model specific.

Aloha, I am still only able to get a max charge of 310. I thought the software update was to increase to 320. Is it just me, or is anyone else still at 310? Thanks, AnaBanana

Aloha all.... just an update on my paint issues; Still haven't gotten resolved or contact from Oahu. Not Good. *My hope is that posting this will gain some attention to all of us living on an island other than Oahu.

Aloha, Yes I did. When they found out I was on BI, they cancelled my appointment. **** Good news though, We now have an on island service person !!!! Yipppeee He has already come out and addressed my issues, all but paint. I am told paint issues go to Oahu. Unfortunately Oahu is not good at...

Thank you. The drive was formatted to FAT32 and it is a 32 GB Cruzer ScanDisk. * It is now working, after taking TeslaCam folder out of another folder. I wonder if there is intel on just when it begins to record, and when it stops.

It works. :-) Now to play with it.

Darn... still not working. I had a folder within a folder named TeslaCam; changed so that folder is now a stand alone. Going to give that a go.

OK... formatted stick with a TeslaCam folder is now installed. Thanks all. Hope this works.
