Yes, I am. iphone 11 Pro, quite often recently (after the latest update) I have to unlock the phone before the car will let me open the door. As soon as the phone is unlocked, I can open the door. Bit of a pain!

That is the app I was recommended too. I used it a couple of times then logged out and have been using Teslafi every since.

Update: Spoke to EO just now. They are sending out a new charger to be fitted. Fingers crossed this solves the issue :-)

I set the car to manually charge last night, no scheduling from the car or teslafi. The circuit board is still disconnected. It started and stopped 5 times at random times before getting to 80% Friday 21st 8.39pm - 9.31pm 10.11pm - 11.00pm 1.33pm - 12.32am 4.26am - 5.31am 6.32am - 6.52am...

I've not been using the EO app at all. Logged off a couple of months ago. Maybe I shoud log on and check what it's saying? Although now I've disconnected the smart circuit board I'd have thought it wouldn't do anything anyway?

Next update..... Plugged the car in last night and scheduled it from the car to start charging at 12.45am. I turned all Teslafi schedules off. It started at 12.45, chatged for 13 minutes then turned itself off. Started itself at 04.42 and ran for 2hrs 19 mins until at 80% Still not correct...

Could do but would rather it worked properly. Yes, was working perfectly up until a couple of weeks ago. Maybe it was the recent update that has thrown something out?

Update I disconnected the circuit board as instructed by EO, easy enough to do, and left the car plugged in and scheduled to charge by Teslafi at 12.30am - 04.30am. The good news is it started at 12.30am :-) unfortunately it only chargded for 29 minutes before switching itself off again :-(...

Just had a good conversation with EO technical support. The guy was very helpful. The charger has a circuit board that connects to EV Juice net whether you use the app or not. He thinks there might be some sort of scheduling/disconnection going on from that board. He recommended unplugging...

Brilliant, thanks. I didn't realise all that was hidden! I've looked at the charge that started and stopped by itself (04.31 - 05.30am) and it doesn't show any spikes or anything but does show an API error. Not sure what that means?

Problem now solved. It turns out the leasing company (Lex) had received the V5 document and were now down as the owners (which technically they are). A call to the broker who contacted them and sorted it :-)

EO Mini Pro untethered for me, mainly because how neat and tidy it looked. I schedule via Teslafi and so far it's been faultless.

Did you get any further with the write speed issues? I've had the same SSD for a couple of weeks, worked perfectly but now coming up with write speed errors. I thought mybe it wasn't formatted correctly but tried everything and still not working properly :-(

A bit of an update from me. I logged out of the EV app and deleted it from my phone. Got home and plugged in, I could increase the limit to 32a! :-) Set the schedule in car to start at 12.30 when electricity is 5p/kw. Car charged for 3 hours 5 mins and used 24.7kw (£1.23) I'm hoping...

Thanks. I'll see what happens when I get home later. I've spoken to the company that installed the EO. they said there's a change the setting inside the charger wasn't set correctly (to 32a) meaning the charger is slowing things down. They are going to send someone out asap to have a look...

I think I'll test it when I get home tonight and get rid of the app! As mentioned above, sometimes these 'smart' systems are a pain in the backside!

Mine is 7a/7a when plugged into the charger. Does that sound like the charger is only allowing 7a rather than the car slowing things down? When I unplugged the charger I could change the car to 16a (not 32a for some reason) It dropped straight back down to 7a/7a when the car was plugged in
