Finally got my software update...
...from 2019.32.2.2 to 2019.32.2.4! What the heck is going on here? I took delivery of my Model 3 on September 12th. Since then I've had one previous successful update to get to 32.2.2, then one failed download, followed by an update that got stuck (I had to contact chat to clear it out)... -

Software download stuck
HI all, How do I get to chat. I cannot find any way to get to it from the support or contact us page. It only leads to a form to submit and I've done that and gotten a form letter back saying, you have to wait. Can someone outline step by step how to initiate a chat with support? Thanks! -
